ADD fru...Things that help me:<br />Drink lots of water. <br />ADD fruits and veggies to every meal. <br />Add 10-15 minutes to whatever cardio you are doing. It doesn't have to be strenuous, just keep moving for that extra time. <br />AVOID fast food at all costs. It will kill you, it tastes like crap, has the highest sources of sodium, saturated fats and calories of any other food out there.
