I was at my doctor and was really upset about how much weight I'd gained. My lab results weren't that great, and I realized that I needed to focus on being healthy, not being skinny. I started working out 5 days a week and really making sure that I made good food choices. I'm happy to say that now, a year later, I've lost 30 pounds. If I can do it, than so can you!
