I have found that if I do this faithfully at least 4 times a week, I don't really budge weight wise, but i do loose in inches. So get your measuring tape out girl, and start measuring before you start. I'm sure you know by now that I LOVE...Hey girl! I'm sure you know by now that I LOVE the Shred! I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I've lost about 3" on my waist in a month and my arms look pretty awesome! Plus, I'm getting great abs and that cool "V" that guys get. It's definitely worth it, and even if you don't lose all 10 pounds, you'll feel and look like you're in great shape.<br /><br />I also count calories on Livestrong.com. Just put in your information and it tells you how many calories to eat to achieve your weight loss goal.
