It's Like Rain on Your Wedding Day...

(Alanis Morrisette anyone?)

Getting married in August in Florida most likely means a rainy wedding day.

I've come to grips with it, and am pretty much planning on it raining that day. We have figured out how to get everywhere we need to go without even having to use an umbrella - except for the hair salon. No overhangs there. But I'm sure we can handle it - and the umbrella photos will be cute!

Style Me Pretty's Little Black Book Blog featured this wedding today - this is exactly why we are not getting married outside. But the pictures still look so adorable!

See? Rain on your wedding day may be good luck after all. :)

(By the way, the forecast for our wedding day is currently a 60% chance of rain according to http://www.weather.com/. Suprise suprise. Hehe.)

  2. A rainy day wedding does sound nice. It's kinda unique... Plus, it'll feel like the rain is blessing the wedded couple, or something like that. Haha!
Though I hope it won't ruin your hair!
August 15 is closing in! I'm so excited for you. :)

  3. I hope it doesn't rain on you, but it's good that you have a plan if it does and you won't let it ruin your day!
