I couldn't get them out of my head, and through all my searching I never found anything I liked better. My fiance and I went shopping yesterday, and I saw these in Dillards, tried them on and....oooooooh, soooooo comfortable!!! They are like walking on air! And they didn't make me taller than my fiance! That store didn't have them in the right color, but my friend and I went to the mall today and I found them! I am now the proud owner of my wedding shoes!
They were a bit more than I had planned to spend ($90) and of course my Mom's first question was, "They weren't on sale? You didn't have a coupon or anything?" No, I didn't. Oh well. I love them. :) And besides, I had planned to buy flats for the reception, but these are so comfortable, I don't think I will have to! Yay for pretty, comfortable shoes! :)
As you can tell, I'm pretty excited about my shoes. Where did you find your wedding day shoes? How did you know they were the ones for you?
Finding the right shoes was harder for me than finding the right dress. I'm happy for you. I think they are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! They do look comfortable too! Glad you love them.
ReplyDeleteCute! I love those bows
ReplyDeleteI need to get crack'in! I havn't even started looking for my shoes yet
Congrats on finding your shoes! Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteI purchased my shoes from Steve Madden online. I saw them one day and just knew that they were the ones!
The bows are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI bought 2 pairs of shoes a while ago I knew I would wear on the day. 1 is a pair of Delman strappy linen sandals with bows and the other is a pair of pewter colored metallic Judith Leiber sandals (I'll probably wear these). Both were bought at outlets. I love buying things in advance and on sale!
Cute shoes!! I'm still trying to decide if I want to add a little color in my shoes or just go with the standard ivory...decisions decisions! But I do like yours alot!
ReplyDeleteThose are so adorable!!! They are going to look great!
