Searching for Centerpiece Creativity...

I am still trying to figure out what to do for our centerpieces. As you know, we have tons of vases - now we just figure out what to put in them! This picture was my original inspiration...

But I have found some other examples/ideas. I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions on these!

Give me some feedback. What do you like? What do you not like? I'd love to hear your ideas!

  1. I like the first one after the candles. Alot of drama but not alot of flowers.

  2. I love them all! Sorry, that it no help!

The first one is beautiful but the candles may be kind of tricky due to the weight and getting them to stay in place. Plus, someone will have to light them all prior to the reception. If there are no issues with this then I love the first one.

Otherwise I love #2 and #5! The flowers with the sticks are great combo!

  3. After the original one....I like the second one, the one with the big white flowers coming out. I think its dramatic enough but still with a lot of elegance. I think white is just elegant. I also like the last one with the red coming out of the vase. Gives a nice pop of color.

I personally, (again your wedding not mine) don't like all the "stick" look. Unless you got something on the table to really bring them out, they just look a little drab to me. But....I know whatever you choose its going to look amazing!!!!! It's going to be a BEAUTIFUL wedding no matter what!!!!

  4. I love the 3rd pic - but I have a feeling that may be pricey. That one and the first one (your original) are my faves - so you know you can't go wrong. sometimes our first instinct is what we should stick with! (hard i know, i've second guessed myself on tons of things!)

  5. I love the first one after your original inspiration.... The size of those flowers seem to balance the sticks properly. You should talk to Sandra and get her input! She can also help you figure out how much we'd need to order so we can get stuff priced out!

  6. I love the last 2! But all of them are really great!

  7. I think the most important thing to keep in mind is the height, since you're leaning towards a taller centerpiece. If put a bunch of flowers sticking out of the vase, make sure it's not at eye level. Otherwise, guests' view will be obstructed when they're looking across the table trying to carry on a conversation. Not so much a style comment but execution comment :)

  9. I love and will always love the first one - the combination of tall branches and hanging votives transforms the tables after dark. There is a fairy tale effect to it!
