Literally. I did my first day of the "30 Day Shred" this morning, and I am feeling it. It really didn't seem too bad while I was doing it.
Okay, well not quite. I did have to stop a few times for a breather (even though she says this isn't an option) and my 5 pound weights were dropped after a while as I swear they got heavier as the dvd went on.
But my strength training classes at the gym are more difficult - really. The dvd is a nice option to have, however, when I know I'm not going to make it to the gym.
And if I'm feeling it this much after just a few hours, who knows how I'll be feeling later. I will keep you posted.
And soon I will be looking like this again - and hopefully better! (This is my inspiration photo on my desktop at work - me and my fiance in September 2007) :)
