Yes, absolutely! I lost 5 lbs. in 2 weeks on the Special K diet. Also, if you are still living in Venice, I work out at the Venice YMCA Mon - Fri beginning around 6pm. I do cardio most of the time, so I am upstairs. Look for me if your there!

it can..but my goals was ten pounds and I'm a week away and only down 3. and OH well. he still loves me and thinks I'm attractive...your fiace does to!

Yes. I think it can be done. Do the 30 day shred, and add a run or run walk a couple/few days a week. You'll do it!
You can do it! I've started what I call the "bridesmaid diet" - meaning it's not for my wedding but for a wedding I'm in where my dress was ordered FOR me and it doesn't fit...No eating out, no snacking...sugar free oatmeal for breakfast, salad with lots of veggies & balsamic vinegar for lunch & a salad with chicken on it at night...lots of water...you can do it!
